DoodleBohmBa Workshop

Creating art is a powerful way to express feelings, find healing, maintain emotional balance, get clear on what matters most – and you can use art to help others be their best.  And you don’t have to be a skilled, trained artist to use art as a tool to improve your own life and to encourage deeper communication with other people.  That’s what this class is all about… showing you how to use simple, easy-to-do doodling as a tool for discovery and self-fulfillment for yourself and your clients, a way to elicit open communication from others, and a starting point for artistic invention.

The workshop covers these therapeutic topics while building your own stained glass project to take home, and teaches you to apply the principles using a variety of art media or techniques.  Plus, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a community project by contributing to the design of a stained glass window to be given to the 2019 recipient, Resonance Center for Women.

Workshops focus on nonobjective painting and drawing, and on the art-making process. They are designed to furnish students with experiences that enhance their ability to help their clients’ expressive skills. The approach is exploratory and dedicated to addressing participants in a very personal and highly nurturing manner.

Workshops are held in a convenient location, with plenty of parking available – including room for buses.
